Junior IT Business Analyst

Your tasks
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements for Vendor Management System (VMS).
- Coordinate with users and stakeholders to understand business processes and system needs.
- Prepare functional documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and user flows.
- Support the analysis of existing business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure system requirements are properly implemented.
- Assist in preparing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios and test cases.
- Support system implementation, issue tracking, and preparation of user documentation.
- Ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements and operational needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome; candidates with 1–2 years of experience are preferred.
- Experience or exposure to Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is required.
- Basic understanding of business process analysis, requirement gathering, and system documentation.
- Familiar with BRD, Functional Specifications, UAT, and test case preparation.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
