Plan, execute, and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, business analysts, QA teams, and other project members to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans to minimize project delays.
Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and dependencies to ensure efficient delivery.
Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and meeting minutes.
Support issue resolution and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
Apply appropriate project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, based on project requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management or a related role.
Proven experience managing IT projects, including software development, system implementation, or system integration projects.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Experienced in project planning, timeline management, risk assessment, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.
Familiar with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
