As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Buyer and Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and supporting our commitment to excellence. We are looking for someone who is passionate about procurement and has a strong understanding of purchasing processes to help us maintain competitive advantage and operational efficiency.

The Buyer and Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring goods and services from suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, preparing purchase orders, monitoring delivery schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs, manage inventory levels, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Economics. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Industrial Purchasing, Material Purchasing, Teamwork, Procurement, Supplier Management, Commodity Purchasing, Supplier Development, Procurement Management, Purchasing, and Purchasing Negotiation is essential.
