We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented KOL Specialist (TikTok GO US) to identify, recruit, and manage potential creators for the TikTok GO US program.

🎯 Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit potential creators for TikTok GO US.
• Research creator profiles and evaluate content quality, engagement, and niche suitability.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified creators.
• Coordinate with the Business Development team to support creator onboarding and campaign participation.
• Maintain creator database, recruitment progress, and reporting.

✅ Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Familiar with TikTok, creator economy, and social media trends.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good research and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
