We are currently looking for IT Operations to be placed at our banking client.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Linux & Windows operations, including commands, services, and monitoring.
- Familiar with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL.
- Able to perform basic system/application monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Elastic, or similar tools.
- Able to follow operational SOPs, check logs, handle alerts, and perform backup & restore processes.
- Basic networking knowledge (IP address, ping, port checking).
- Willing to work in shifts.

Shift Schedule Morning Shift: 06.00 – 15.00 Afternoon Shift: 14.00 – 23.00 Night Shift: 22.00 – 07.00
