Manager Human Resources (HR)

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience as an HR Manager in a Heavy Equipment Industry / Logistic / Shipping / Transportation
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate programs to address them.
• Skill in conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Ability to make strategic decisions and provide direction for HR.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant software tools.
• Upholding a high level of integrity and ethics, especially when dealing with sensitive HR matters.
• Understanding of environmental management principles and experience in implementing environmental sustainability practices.
• Willing to have an offline interview in Surabaya.
• Can join ASAP
