Content Creative Lead

Requirements:

• Female preferred & Portfolio required.
• 2–3 years experience in content creation or creative roles.
• Strong creative vision & storytelling skills.
• Deep understanding of social media trends & formats.
• Experience in production (shooting/scripting/editing ).
• Good leadership & communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Lead creative direction & content strategy across platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, etc)
• Develop on-brand content ideas and campaign concepts.
• Manage the content team from ideation to publishing.
• Guide content creator team to ensure quality.
• Research trends to create engaging, high-performing content.
• Oversee production: scripting, shooting, and final delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing to align with campaign goals.
