Warehouse Administrator

Requirements

1. Female or Male
2. 20 - 28 Years Old
3. Minimum 1 years of experience in warehouse administration, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or EV-related industries.
4. Strong understanding of raw material handling, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
5. Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar inventory management systems).
6. Experience with material requirement planning (MRP) and stock reconciliation processes.
7. Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO principles and inventory accuracy best practices.
8. Good understanding of documentation processes (GRN, DO, stock transfer, etc.).
9. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
10. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
12. (Plus) Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
13. Familiarity with safety, quality, and environmental standards in EV
