Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to grow our CPaaS and Business Messaging portfolio, including WhatsApp Business Platform, A2P Messaging, and SaaS solutions. This is a hybrid role: you will win new clients and grow revenue from existing accounts, and represent the company in front of clients and business partners.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new business customers for CPaaS and Business Messaging solutions
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closing
- Grow revenue from existing clients through upselling and cross-selling
- Understand client needs and recommend the right solutions (WhatsApp Business Platform, A2P Messaging, SaaS)
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demos
- Lead commercial negotiations and close deals that meet revenue and margin targets
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and partner engagements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Report sales activities, forecasts, and achievements regularly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, Communications, or IT preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, with relevant experience in a BSP, CPaaS, Business Messaging, or messaging aggregator company, or a similar messaging/SaaS company
- Good understanding of CPaaS, Business Messaging, SaaS, WhatsApp Business Platform, and A2P Messaging
- Proven track record in both new business acquisition (hunting) and account development (farming)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills
- Professional, well-presented, and confident representing the company before clients and partners
- Target-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Based in Jakarta or willing to work in Jakarta
