Port Staff

Qualifications:

1. Preferably living near the port
2. Female / Male
3. Min. SMK graduate in Hospitality or related to Tourism
4. Owns own vehicle
5. Able to speak basic English and understands technology

Job Description: • Checking passenger tickets at the departure terminal • Informing customers about travel information including but not limited to schedules, ticket prices, departure and arrival points, etc. • Collaborating with Easybook technicians at the terminal to provide accurate sales data and other requested information. • Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.
