Senior Full Stack Developer

About the company

PT Eastson Pasific Indonesia is looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Web Developer to join our team.

Your tasks

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web-based digital platforms, handling both frontend and backend development, database management, and third-party API integrations.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions, solve complex problems independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

1. Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications, including frontend and backend systems.
2. Build modern, responsive, user-friendly web interfaces based on UI/UX designs and Figma prototypes.
3. Design and develop backend architecture, databases, authentication systems, and business logic.
4. Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party services.
5. Develop interactive web features, user dashboards, administrative systems, and data management functionalities.
6. Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
7. Perform debugging, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing system maintenance.
8. Collaborate with product, design, and management teams to plan and implement new features.
9. Maintain clean, structured, reusable, and well-documented code.
10. Proactively identify technical issues, recommend improvements, and deliver solutions within project deadlines.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in web development, preferably in a Full Stack Developer role.
2. Strong proficiency in frontend and backend development using modern web technologies.
3. Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or equivalent.
4. Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Laravel, Python, or equivalent technologies.
5. Advanced understanding of API integration, including RESTful APIs, authentication, webhooks, and third-party services.
6. Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
7. Familiarity with Git, version control, deployment workflows, and production environments.
8. Ability to translate Figma designs into responsive and functional web interfaces.
9. Good understanding of web application security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture.
10. Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
11. Proactive, responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
12. Willing to work full-time on-site in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
13. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and timely work updates, communicate challenges proactively, and collaborate effectively with the team.
14. Highly responsible, reliable, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership, commitment to deadlines, and the ability to complete assigned tasks independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing SaaS platforms, interactive dashboards, or data-driven web applications.
• Experience integrating AI services, external APIs, or third-party platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and application monitoring.
• Experience building and deploying web applications from initial development to production.
