Mechanical Electrical Officer

Tugas dan Tanggungjawab

1. Review M&E drawings, technical submissions, and method statements.
2. Ensure all M&E work is carried out according to design, specs, and safety standards.
3. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
4. Conduct site inspections and quality control on M&E installations.
5. Monitor testing and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, power, and control systems.
6. Ensure M&E works align with project schedule and cost.
7. Manage and resolve technical issues on-site.
8. Liaise with civil, architectural, and other trades for seamless integration.
9. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly M&E progress reports.

Spesifikasi Pekerjaan

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2. Good knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC,Fire and plumbing systems.
3. Familiar with local and international standards (SNI, IEC, ASHRAE, NFPA).
4. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar tools.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. The position open to project needs or operational needs will be shift work (it will be noticed in interview section with HR and Users)
