Marketing Staff / Marketing Admin
Scope of Work
- Support the Marketing Lead and marketing team in executing digital and offline marketing activities for events
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, campaign timelines, content schedules, and other promotional requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Creative, Content, KOL, Operations, and Sales to support the execution of marketing campaigns and event promotions.
- Assist in managing social media activities, including content scheduling, posting, monitoring engagement, and maintaining content documentation.
- Support KOL/influencer campaigns by assisting with database management, communication, scheduling, briefing coordination, content tracking, and campaign reporting.
- Assist in digital advertising activities, including preparing campaign materials, monitoring basic campaign performance, compiling reports, and coordinating required information with the relevant team or agency.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, including KOL lists, media partners, communities, vendors, strategic partners, and other marketing-related contacts.
- Assist in coordinating external partnerships, vendors, communities, and other third parties involved in event marketing activities.
- Prepare and maintain marketing administration documents, including quotations, purchase requests, invoices, agreements, proposals, campaign reports, and supporting documents.
- Support marketing activities before, during, and after events, including event preparation, on-site coordination, documentation, promotional materials, and post-event reporting.
- Conduct basic market research, competitor monitoring, and trend research to support the development of marketing ideas and campaigns.
- Prepare regular marketing reports, including campaign progress, social media performance, KOL activities, event promotion updates, and other marketing activities.
- Ensure that marketing files, reports, databases, and documents are properly organized and updated.
Requirements
- Minimum D3/D4/S1 graduate in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Management, Business, or other relevant fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Previous internship or working experience in marketing, social media, events, or administration will be an advantage.
- Have a basic understanding of social media, digital marketing, content, KOL/influencer marketing, and event promotion.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Able to manage administrative work accurately and maintain proper documentation.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills when working with internal teams, vendors, KOLs, communities, and external partners.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to work on-site and support event activities, including flexible or extended working hours when required during event periods.
- Creative, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic skills in Canva, social media management tools, content creation, or digital advertising platforms will be an advantage.
