Senior Legal

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in contract drafting, reviewing, negotiation, and legal risk assessment.
3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian contract law, civil law, and business regulations.
4. Proven experience handling commercial contracts, including Lease Agreements, MoUs, LOIs, SPAs, Construction Agreements, and Service Agreements.
5. Strong legal research, due diligence, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent legal drafting skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
7. Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
8. High attention to detail, integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work independently.
