MEP ENGINEER
*Key Responsibilities*
- Conduct regular inspections of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and other technical systems across managed properties.
- Handle technical breakdowns, system issues, and maintenance requirements related to MEP systems.
- Identify and assess technical issues and provide appropriate troubleshooting and repair solutions.
- Coordinate and supervise technicians, contractors, and external vendors for repair and maintenance works when required.
- Ensure all MEP systems are functioning properly, safely, and efficiently.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize the risk of breakdowns and operational disruptions.
-Monitor the condition of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC/AC, water pumps, water heaters, lighting, and other technical equipment.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, repairs, technical issues, and equipment conditions.
- Provide recommendations to Management regarding repairs, equipment replacement, and improvements to MEP systems.
- Identify recurring technical issues and recommend appropriate long-term solutions.
- Respond to urgent or emergency technical issues that may affect operations.
- Ensure all maintenance and repair works are carried out in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Perform other technical duties as reasonably assigned by Management based on operational requirements.
*We Are Looking For*
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an MEP Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Building Engineer, or in a similar position.
- Experience in property management, hospitality, building management, or facility management is an advantage.
- Good practical knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC/AC, water pumps, water heaters, and other building technical systems.
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve MEP-related issues effectively.
- Ability to coordinate with technicians, contractors, and external vendors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to technical issues.
- Willingness to respond to urgent maintenance issues when required.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive, with strong attention to operational requirements.
- Willing to conduct regular site visits and inspections across managed properties.
- Relevant technical certifications or licenses are an advantage.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
