L2 Operations Engineer

Requirements

Experience: 4–7 Years Language: English

• 4–7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations, System Administration, or Platform Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting GPU servers, storage infrastructure, or AI infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and/or Slurm.
• Basic knowledge of server hardware, firmware, and drivers.
• Proficiency in Bash or Python scripting.
• Understanding of ITSM processes, incident management, and change management.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and vendor coordination skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
