What You Will Need
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Engineering or related roles.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, or cybersecurity.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Able to explain technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willing to support customer meetings and pre-sales activities.
What You Will Do
- Support Pre-Sales in executing technical requirements and solution designs.
- Execute technical tasks and solutions based on Pre-Sales requirements and direction.
- Prepare technical documentation, configurations, and testing based on project needs.
- Assist in product demos, technical testing, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales and Engineering teams to deliver technical solutions.
