The Product Development Intern will support ongoing projects in the development of chemical and electrical-based products. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real industry challenges, product testing, and collaboration with experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation and testing of chemical materials and product components.
- Support prototyping and evaluation of product concepts involving chemical and/or electrical processes.
- Conduct research on raw materials, product safety, efficiency, and relevant industry standards.
- Help monitor and document product development activities, including trials, iterations, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Control, and Production.
- Support data analysis and reporting to identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering is a plus.
- Basic understanding of product development processes and material properties.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with good documentation skills.
- Familiarity with consumer products and user experience is a plus.
- Curiosity and interest in understanding consumer needs and product usage are highly valued.
- Willing to work on-site at our HQ in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
