Your tasks

Job Responsibility

1. Monitor and manage marketing/campaign project within Business Development (BD) department.
2. Support the Business Development (BD) team in data collection and analysis, convey the manager’s instructions, and summarize meeting conclusions.
3. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
4. Attend departmental meetings; maintain clear records of strategies and monitor their implementation progress.
5. Assist the manager with daily operations and complete assigned tasks, including—but not limited to—competitor research and translation.
6. Monitor the progress of departmental strategies and promptly report any issues that arise.
7. Effectively facilitate communication between the manager and the Business Development (BD) team, helping the manager obtain necessary feedback quickly.

Requirements

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Proficient in English; Chinese proficiency equivalent to HSK Level 4 (fluent in Chinese)
3. Strong communication skills and basic leadership qualities.
4. Experience in project management and administrative work related to marketing department (KOL or Affiliate) is a plus.
5. Familiarity with e-commerce industry workflows is an advantage.
