QUALIFICATIONS

ACCOUNTING & TAX SUPERVISOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting and Tax, including team leadership experience
• Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing costing, including BOM, standard and actual costing, WIP, COGM, COGS, and variance analysis
• Good understanding of inventory, stocktaking, fixed assets, AP, AR, monthly closing, and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation, Coretax, fiscal reconciliation, and tax audits
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in using Accurate Online
• Detail-oriented, analytical, assertive, and able to coordinate with Production, PPIC, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams
• Proficiency in Mandarin or English is required to communicate with foreign management

Manufacturing experience and strong costing knowledge are essential.
