Accounting Finance Staff

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in Finance & Accounting (experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is a plus).
3. Proven expertise in handling Account Payable (AP) External (vendor invoicing) and Account Receivable (AR).
4. Familiarity with basic Indonesian taxation (VAT/PPN & Income Tax/PPh) related to vendor transactions.
5. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
6. Residing in Bekasi/Cikarang and available to start immediately.

Job Description:

1. Oversee the employee reimbursement process and manage the company’s petty cash.
2. Manage end-to-end vendor invoicing, including document verification (Three-way matching: PO, Good Receipt, and Invoice).
3. Handle the issuance of sales invoices and tax invoices for non-fuel operational activities.
4. Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely within the accounting system.
5. Support daily financial administration, data reconciliation, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth financial operations.
