ACCOUNTANT SPECIALIST

1.Major in Accounting or related field, university degree, fluent in English; Mandarin speaking preferred.

2.Minimum 3 years of financial work experience (including 2 years of general ledger experience); proficient in accounting software.

3.Candidates holding an Indonesia accounting certificate will be prioritized; experience in trading or e-commerce companies is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

1.‌Fund Management‌: Review payment processes and documents; monitor daily fund receipts/disbursements; complete fund reconciliations.

‌2.Accounting Operations‌: Prepare accounting vouchers; conduct account reconciliations; maintain journals; handle bookkeeping for after-sales and e-commerce operations; perform month-end closing and reconciliation tasks.

‌3.Taxation‌: Calculate monthly taxes; prepare tax summaries; ensure accurate and timely tax filing; identify tax risks; maintain communication with external partners; issue invoices/tax documents promptly.

‌4.Reporting‌: Prepare monthly financial reports with accuracy and reliability.

‌5.Audit‌: Coordinate with auditors to complete annual audits.

‌6.Miscellaneous‌: Perform other duties assigned by management.
