IT-CPQ DEVELOPMENT & SUPPORT ENGINEER

About the role Join our IT team to develop, enhance, and support CPQ and business applications. You'll work with modern technologies, automation, and AI-powered tools to deliver practical solutions, improve business processes, and resolve technical challenges while collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy enhancements for CPQ and business applications
• Build automation solutions to improve business efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
• Work with Python, React, GitHub, and modern development tools
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver solutions
• Support continuous improvement through automation, innovation, and process enhancements

About you

• Min. D3/S1 in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in software development, automation, or application support
• Knowledge of Python, React, GitHub, and troubleshooting
• Quick learner with good English communication
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
• Experience with CPQ, Power BI, Salesforce, or ERP systems is a plus
• Willing to work in Cibubur-Bekasi
