YOUR MISSION
We are hiring 2 Lead Generation / High-Ticket Sales Specialists.
Your job is simple: Create your own market. Generate qualified prospects. Open conversations. Close paying customers. You own the strategy. Outbound. Communities. Partnerships. Referral networks. Content. Direct prospecting. Email. Social platforms. Private networks. Whatever works as long as it is legal, ethical, brand safe, and produces results.
No one is going to sit behind you telling you what to do every morning. Work remotely. Work across time zones. Build your own system. But freedom comes with accountability.
Three non-negotiables:
- End-of-day activity report.
- Excellent communication with the Founder.
- Results-driven professional attitude

COMPENSATION & MILESTONES
10% Flat Commission - No Fixed Salary This is a pure performance opportunity with no artificial commission ceiling.
- Month 1: USD 1,500 revenue baseline
- Month 2-3: USD 3,000/month
- Month 4-6: USD 6,000/month
- Commission: 10% of verified net closed sales
- Payout: Every 14 days via Wise / Paypal Business
Missing the required revenue baseline for two consecutive months may result in termination of the performance trial. Consistent performance may lead to discussion of recurring revenue share and expanded commercial responsibility.
More responsibility = higher targets.

- ICA + NDA REQUIRED BEFORE STRATEGIC ACCESS
This is a private commercial operation. Before receiving sensitive information regarding:
- internal strategy
- market intelligence
- acquisition methods
- operational frameworks
- proprietary commercial information
you must complete the required Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) and NDA. Basic job questions are welcome.
However, repeated attempts to extract internal strategy, market intelligence, proprietary methods, or operational details before completing the required legal framework will be treated as a RED FLAG and may immediately end the application.
We don't interview people by giving away the playbook.

- DAILY ACCOUNTABILITY
Daily activity reporting is mandatory through our designated traker. Zero closes occasionally? Fine. Zero activity? We investigate. Zero reporting? You're done.
