Your tasks
- Processing incoming vacancies, publications and conversations with applicants
- Preliminary screening of applicant resumes and maintaining the interviewer's schedule
- Data entry and working with the database (Google spreadsheets + AI)
- Participation in setting up and automating processes
- Work reporting
Requirements
(remote & business trips around Bali) training provided Fresh graduate with laptop and computer skills are very welcome!
- Confident use of a computer and mobile applications
- Mandatory habit of maintaining a to-do list
- Readiness to work at a computer with repetitive processes throughout the day
- Readiness for work trips around Bali if necessary
