IT Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Support post-sales implementation of IT infrastructure solutions.
2. Assist in deploying and configuring servers, storage, virtualization, and related solutions.
3. Troubleshoot technical issues and support client implementation.
4. Work closely with technical and project teams.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Systems, IT, or relevant field.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome.
3. Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, servers, storage, virtualization, and networking fundamentals.
4. Internship or relevant academic/project experience is a strong plus.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
6. Good communication and teamwork skills.
