Data Center Operator (DCO)

Job Description:

• Monitor and operate data center infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and facility systems.
• Perform routine checks, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor system alerts and respond to incidents according to SOP.
• Perform hardware installation, replacement, and basic cabling/patching.
• Maintain operational logs, documentation, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for technical issues and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Data Center Operator, IT Operations, System Engineer, or related roles.
• Basic understanding of servers, networking, and data center infrastructure.
• Familiar with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and IT operational procedures.
• Willing to work on shift and handle on-site data center operations.
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
