PT Coco Development Group is looking for an experienced Cost Control professional to join our team in Badung, Bali.

Responsibilities

• Audit Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor price variances.
• Validate purchase requisitions and monitor inventory par levels.
• Reconcile goods received with invoices and purchase documents.
• Evaluate vendor performance and supplier delivery accuracy.
• Analyze cost impacts of change orders and specification changes.
• Prepare procurement commitment and cash flow reports.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Control or a related financial analysis role.
• Experience in Hospitality (Hotel/Restaurant), Property Development, or Construction industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
