Content Creator

About the Role CMK Pet Food is looking for a Content Creator to produce engaging photo and video content for our marketplace stores and social media. You will work closely with the Online Business team to turn product knowledge into content that attracts customers and supports sales. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and produce photo and video content for products, marketplace listings and social media.
• Write clear captions, product descriptions and scripts based on approved product knowledge.
• Support livestream preparation: visuals, product highlights and promotion materials.
• Edit photos and videos to meet brand and platform requirements.
• Follow the content calendar and deliver content on time.
• Track the performance of published content and share simple insights with the team.
• Coordinate with the Online Business and Production teams on product information and campaigns.

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) / Bachelor in Communication, Design, Marketing, Multimedia or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; a portfolio, internship or project experience in content creation is a plus.
• Able to shoot and edit photos and videos using a smartphone or camera and basic editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Canva).
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to follow brand guidelines.
• Understands current content trends on TikTok, Instagram, Shopee and Tokopedia.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) to coordinate with other teams.
• Able to meet deadlines and work well in a team.
• Willing to work onsite at the CMK office in Tigaraksa, Tangerang , Monday to Saturday (half-day on Saturdays).
• Interest in pet products and in using AI tools for content, and good English skills (verbal and written), are a plus.
