Your tasks

1. Able to speak English fluently
2. Supervise and coordinate project implementation in the field to ensure compliance with schedule, budget, and quality standards.
3. Lead the work team, conduct daily briefings, and ensure the implementation of K3.
4. Inspect the use of materials, tools, and labor.
5. Create progress reports and document work.
6. Coordinate with internal teams, other teams, and relevant parties.
7. Min. D3/S1 Civil Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
8. Min. 1 year of experience in field/construction projects.
9. Able to read working drawings & technical specifications.
10. Possess good leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
11. Willing to be stationed at the site.
