Sales Engineer

We’re Hiring! SALES ENGINEER - SUMATERA AREA
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Engineer to join our team and develop business opportunities across the Sumatera Area.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers across the Sumatera area.
- Identify, develop, and follow up on sales opportunities within the Sumatera region.
- Conduct regular customer visits and build strong business networks across assigned areas in Sumatera
- Maintain a good understanding of market conditions, customer needs, and business opportunities in the Sumatera area.
- Monitor and follow up on each quotation until it becomes an order booking.
- Provide quotations according to customer requirements and solution designs, supported by the Internal Sales Team.
- Review and qualify customer requests, both technically and commercially, supported by the Internal Engineering Team.
- Prepare periodic sales reports.
- Communicate and coordinate with all related departments.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the valves, fittings, pumps, or engineering industry will be advantageous.
- Experience in project-based sales will be advantageous.
- Experience dealing with EPC, Oil & Gas, Water Treatment, or related industries is preferred.
- Preferably domiciled in Sumatera, particularly Riau or Medan, or have strong familiarity and networks within the Sumatera area.
- Willing to travel extensively across the assigned Sumatera area.
- Possess a valid SIM A.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Dynamic, adaptable, and able to work independently.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with business systems.
