Kepala Gudang / Warehouse Manager

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain
• Minimum 4–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, and 5S.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus

Responsibilities :

• Ensure proper storage of raw materials, finished goods, spare parts, and other warehouse items according to company standards.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and warehouse-related issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports, including inventory status and operational performance.
• Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel to improve productivity and work quality.
