Account Executive

Your tasks

Vluid Digital is looking for an Account Executive to build strong client relationships, understand client needs, and ensure projects run smoothly from brief to delivery. Responsibilities:

• Manage client and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate client briefs, meetings, and project requirements.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and handovers.
• Coordinate creative materials, reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Support and supervise production activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements

• Minimum S1 in Communication, Management, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Account Executive at a digital or advertising agency.
• Familiar with social media and digital marketing.
• Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Responsive, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Good negotiation skills and a strong client-oriented mindset.
