Project Manager

Job Description

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, timeline, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate project progress, status, and risks to stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Facilitate meetings, sprint planning, and project reviews.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT or software projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience managing cross-functional and remote teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiar with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master) is a plus.
