Job Description:
- Design and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve business goals like revenue targets and affiliate acquisition on TikTok
- Oversee the affiliate program, handling recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with affiliates
- Scout and onboard new affiliate partners to broaden our network and reach diverse audiences
- Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commission rates, and payment terms effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams for creating affiliate-friendly promotional materials and campaigns
- Offer support and resources to affiliates for maximizing their performance and achieving results
- Monitor affiliate activities, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for better outcomes
- Implement leadership role in recruiting, building, mentoring, and managing cross-functional teams.
Requirements :
- Advanced understanding of any affiliate programs
- Min. 1–3 years of experience in affiliate management, social media, or digital marketing
- Bachelor Degree in Communication, Marketing or related fields
- Strong verbal/spoken and written English communications is a plus
- Strong negotiation, public speaking and influencing skills
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, solution based attitude
- High self-motivation and target oriented
- Willing to work in Laweyan, Solo
