Job Description:

1. Delivering the best service to customers through a friendly, responsive, and polite attitude in addressing their needs.
2. Ensuring that orders are recorded accurately, communicated clearly to the kitchen team, and served correctly and on time.
3. Keeping tables, chairs, and work areas clean to create a comfortable environment for customers.
4. Managing the payment process accurately and quickly, in accordance with the restaurant’s established procedures.
5. Ensuring all services meet the restaurant's standards, including presentation techniques and customer interaction protocols.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum education: High School / Vocational School
2. Experience in the F&B industry is an advantage
3. Able to work in a team and on shift schedules
4. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
5. Honest, disciplined, and responsible
6. Fluent in English
