Account Operator

Responsibilities :

• Create or updating list products that will participate in the campaign in accordance with existing regulations.
• Checking and uploading product images and banners in the marketplace to ensure the published content is in accordance with the company's request.
• Check stock in the marketplace on a daily basis to ensure all products in the warehouse are sold in the marketplace.
• Responsible for generate data customer feedback, marketplace health, & updating opertional process and reporting to stakeholders.
• Monitoring stores in the marketplace related to traffic regarding visitors, orders and speed in replying to chats so that they get a rating that is on target.

Requirements :

• Associate/Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) from any Major.
• Familiar and interest with e-commerce platforms.
• Proficient to use Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work from office in Sudirman, South Jakarta and able to join ASAP.
