Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Associate to support and grow our online retail operations by managing product listings, stock and price updates, vouchers, and order processing. This role works closely with internal teams to manage product content, support campaigns and live activities, coordinate customer service and fulfillment issues, handle affiliate activities, and prepare performance reports to optimize overall shop and customer experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of ecommerce or online retail experience (fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered).
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok, Lazada, Amazon).
- Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets; basic knowledge of analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
