KOL Specialist

Job Description

• Plan and execute influencer/KOL campaigns in line with brand and campaign objectives.
• Conduct research, sourcing, and mapping of KOLs based on target audience, platform suitability, engagement rate, and campaign budget.
• Manage outreach, negotiations, and relationship building with KOLs, talent managers, and agencies.
• Coordinate the end-to-end KOL collaboration process, including briefing, contracting, content approval, posting schedules, and payment administration.
• Ensure all KOL deliverables are completed according to campaign requirements, timelines, and KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative, Account Management, and Project teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Maintain and update the KOL database, including performance records and campaign history.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL Management, Talent Management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate influencer performance using engagement, reach, views, and other relevant metrics.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
