KOL & Affiliate Specialist

Hiring: KOL & Affiliate Specialist! We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented KOL & Affiliate Specialist to strengthen our influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives. This role requires strong coordination skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive performance through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, and affiliates
• Plan and execute influencer and affiliate campaigns aligned with business objectives
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
• Track and report key metrics (engagement, conversion, ROI)
• Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and social media platforms
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with good analytical thinking
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively
