Perform acquisition and establish cooperation with potential partners to support business needs and growth.

Maintain and develop relationships with existing partners to ensure collaboration runs sustainably.

Develop and execute strategies, campaigns, and marketing programs through partnerships.

Conduct negotiations and coordination related to branding activities in various strategic locations, such as malls, stations, and universities.

Prepare and perform Profit & Loss (P&L) calculations for each partnership to evaluate the potential and results of the cooperation.

Prepare proposals or presentation decks and conduct coordination with partners and relevant stakeholders.

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from a relevant major.

Possess fluent English language skills.

Possess good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Understanding of proposal or presentation deck preparation is an added value.

Have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a company.

Possessing advanced negotiation skills as well as good business acumen is an added value.
