Tax Staff

About Us PT Bina Sarana Putra is a growing EPC & construction company with a strong portfolio of national-scale projects. We are looking for a Tax Staff who is ready to go beyond routine compliance work and play a key role in managing tax risk, reporting quality, and tax-related engagements with the tax authority.

Who We are Looking For

• Minimum D3 (Diploma 3) degree holder in Accounting, Tax or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate tax (in-house or tax consulting firm)
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh, withholding tax)
• Proven experience handling tax audits, SP2DK, or tax refund processes is a strong advantage
• Able to communicate clearly and confidently with internal and external stakeholders
• Calm, responsible, and able to work under pressure and deadlines
• Able to communicate effectively and collaborate across divisions
• Brevet A & B certification (or equivalent tax certification)
• Experience as a tax PIC in a corporate environment
• Direct exposure to tax authority interactions in formal processes
• Having SKT (Surat Keterangan Terdaftar) or experience as a tax representative is a strong plus
• Willing to be positioned in Jakarta area

What You Will Do:

• Managing end-to-end corporate tax compliance (PPN, PPh, withholding taxes)
• Ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant tax reporting
• Handling communication with the Tax Authority (DJP), including data clarification and SP2DK responses
• Supporting and coordinating tax audits, reviews, and refund (restitution) processes
• Preparing tax analysis and insights to support management decisions
• Collaborating closely with management on tax-related risks and strategies
