1. Non-Hijab Female
2. Maximum age 28 years old
3. Minimum education Diploma 3
4. Attractive appearance, neat, proportional (good looking & proportional), and possesses a positive self-image.
5. Highly service-oriented, focused on guest/client satisfaction, and possesses a cheerful, warm, friendly, and enthusiastic personality.
6. Talkative, friendly, skilled at breaking the ice, and able to communicate clearly and politely.

Technical Abilities (Hard Skills)

1. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
2. Minimum proficiency in English (passive or active) to serve guests or clients from various backgrounds.
3. Able to handle guest data recording, document archiving, handling mail/packages, as well as preparing daily reports.
