Compliance Training Officer

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or Management and interested in Compliance and Training is a must.
2. Freshgraduates are welcome to apply
3. Able to do Training Needs Analysis (TNA) related to company and government regulations (OJK).
4. Able to create and manage compliance training programs.
5. Able to develop training materials and evaluate results.
6. Good communication skills and able to work with internal and external teams.
7. Familiar with digital learning tools and Microsoft Office (Excel).
