Wealth Management Program (WMP)

Increasing customer awareness regarding the importance of financial management presents an opportunity for BCA to strengthen its business. For this reason, BCA requires young professionals who have an interest in economic developments and investment to join the Wealth Management Program with a training period lasting 1 year. After graduating from the program, you will be directly appointed as a Permanent Employee who will be placed in a BCA branch office.

Participants who have completed the program will be placed as Wealth Specialists who will play a role in assisting the marketing team in branch offices to provide investment product solutions that suit the needs of BCA customers.

Indonesian citizens aged a maximum of 24 years old (S1) and 26 years old (S2)

Minimum S1 education from all majors with a minimum GPA of 3.00

Have an interest in investment or wealth management

Have good analytical thinking and problem solving

Able to speak and write English

Ability to speak other foreign languages is an added value

Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
