Management Development Program (MDP)

is a career program designed to prepare future leaders in the banking world. During the program, participants will receive intensive training, mentoring from experienced professionals, as well as opportunities to delve into various business functions to understand work processes comprehensively. Through a combination of learning and hands-on experience, participants will develop analytical, problem solving, and leadership skills, and will be prepared to take on strategic roles and continue their careers as permanent employees in the company.

Indonesian citizens aged maximum 24 years old (S1) and 26 years old (S2)

Minimum S1 education from all majors with a minimum GPA of 3.00

Enjoy challenges and love learning new things

Possess good communication, analytical thinking, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Able to speak English both orally and in writing

Ability to speak other foreign languages is an added value

Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
