Responsible for the maintenance of surrounding applications, maintenance of core banking applications, and the creation of required new applications in line with the vision and mission of the Information Technology & Logistics Unit, as well as preparing and fulfilling applicable sharia banking regulations.

Minimum formal education of S1 in any major, preferably Computer major.

Minimum 7 years of work experience in banking with at least 5 years of experience in the field of Information Technology.

Proficient in English.

Possess knowledge regarding process change management and project management.

Possess up-to-date knowledge about computers, Network, Software, and DC Facilities.

Possess sharp analysis and evaluation skills.

Possess negotiation and communication skills.

Master managerial skills (leadership, problem solving & decision making) and a proactive nature.

Able to perform budgeting, monitoring, and controlling.

Able to translate business unit needs into application solutions.

Possess knowledge regarding banking business.

Able to create work plans, implementation, and coordination of complex IT projects.

Conceptual in thinking and able to execute several IT projects at the same time.
