DW Adventure Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an MC/host for animal shows, educational programs, and special events.
• Deliver engaging and easy-to-understand information about animals, conservation, the environment, and Taman Safari Bali.
• Assist Bus Guides in providing commentary and educational information during safari journeys.
• Welcome, interact with, and engage guests to create a positive and memorable experience.
• Provide information about activities, facilities, show schedules, and guest areas.
• Assist in managing guest flow and ensuring guests follow safety guidelines and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with Animal Care, Show Team, Guest Experience, and other related departments during shows and guest activities.
• Support games, entertainment activities, educational programs, and other special events as required.
• Respond to basic guest questions and direct guests to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, energetic, and positive attitude as a representative of Taman Safari Bali.

Job Requirements

• Minimum High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Good communication and public speaking skills.
• Confident in speaking and performing in front of an audience.
• Energetic, friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable interacting with guests.
• Strong interest in animals, conservation, environmental education, and entertainment.
• Able to communicate information in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
• Good teamwork and coordination skills.
• Experience as an MC, presenter, tour guide, event crew, entertainer, guest experience staff, or similar role is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills are an advantage.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
