Junior Reservation

Requirements

Minimum education: Diploma (D1–D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in reservations, hotel operations, or villa management is an advantage. Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken. Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and email correspondence. Able to handle reservation inquiries, booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and guest follow-ups accurately. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Good interpersonal skills and able to coordinate with Villa Managers, Operations, and other related departments. Customer-oriented with a professional attitude and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. Able to work independently as well as in a team. Willing to work according to operational requirements, including weekends and public holidays when necessary.
