PT BAL Logistik Internasional is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse PIC to join our growing team.

📍 Location: Warehouse Cibitung 🏢 Placement: PT Sinotrans Overseas Indonesia

📡 Products: Telecommunication Equipment (Cables, Batteries, and Wi-Fi Towers)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory control.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by maintaining book-to-physical stock consistency.
• Prepare inventory reports and operational analysis using Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate closely with users and internal teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Lead warehouse personnel and monitor operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and operational reports.

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or site management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and inventory reporting).
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to inventory accuracy and operational excellence.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling telecommunication products.
• Previous experience working with or managing warehouse operations for ZTE or Huawei projects/companies will be a strong advantage.
